Kimchi dumpling hot pot with clear broth in Goyang: Arirang

Arirang Gaeseong Son Mandu Siksa Branch is a Korean restaurant in Siksa-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi, specializing in gaeseong son mandu (Gaeseong-style handmade dumpling) hot pot. Two sisters visited on a weekday at 2pm, ordered the beef shabu-shabu dumpling hot pot set for two with kimchi dumplings (₩16,000 per person), and ended up enjoying the clear broth as is instead of adding chili paste. The spicy house kimchi paired well with the mild broth, and the portion was so generous they packed two leftover steamed dumplings themselves at the self-service counter.
