Korean barbecue in Seohae, Incheon: three cuts and grilled kimchi at Sammi-jip
Sammi-jip is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seohae, Incheon, where four of us had a half platter of three pork cuts with kimchi and an extra serving of pork belly. The grilled kimchi over rice stood out, though we waited a little for the pre-grilled meat to arrive.
