Jeonpo donkatsu with tenderloin and fried egg: Kats Gimseondo
Kats Gimseondo (카츠김선도) is a donkatsu restaurant between Jeonpo and Seomyeon in Busan. I compared the tenderloin donkatsu set with the Gimseondo set, and liked the tenderloin’s crisp coating, savory sirloin, and fried egg. Counter seats also make it comfortable to dine alone.
