Couple grilling gyukatsu their own way at Gyuen-dang, Suwon
Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a gyukatsu-focused Japanese restaurant underneath Avenue France near Gwanggyo Jungang Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. A couple ordered tenderloin gyukatsu and sirloin gyukatsu, buttered up their own tabletop grills, and cooked each piece for 15-20 seconds a side to their own preferred doneness, plus got a mini okonomiyaki from a review event. The two cuts tasted almost the same, so next time it's sirloin gyukatsu with extra meat and hamburger omurice.
