Cheonan BBQ with three sides and minari samgyeopsal: Cham Dwaejitgan
Cham Dwaejitgan Cheonan Dujeong Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, where staff grill the meat at your table. Craving minari (water dropwort) with samgyeopsal, the writer came with her husband and child and ordered cham samgyeopsal with three sides — kudzu cold noodles, steamed egg and kimchi stew — and liked minari topped with mushroom wasabi best. Even with a young child along, dinner at Cham Dwaejitgan was easy because the staff handled all the grilling.
