Bucheon pork belly for two, ordered by tablet: Cham Dwaejitgan
Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch is a pork belly restaurant open 24 hours a day, year-round, near Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. Two diners used the table tablet to order Boseong green tea-fed pork belly (160g, two servings), soy sauce egg rice, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and Jirisan arrowroot cold noodles, and staff grilled the meat from start to finish; among the free side dishes, the salty jangajji (soy-pickled vegetables) lifted the pork belly more than the usual scallion salad. The cold noodles were ordinary, but at Cham Dwaejitgan the pork, stew and soy egg rice alone make a complete meal.
