Uijeongbu blood sausage soup for a hangover lunch: Yetnal Gyeongseong
Yetnal Gyeongseong Sundaeguk Nokyang Branch is a sundaeguk (pork blood sausage soup) restaurant newly opened on Dongil-ro in Nokyang-dong, Uijeongbu. Ordered sundae-only in both the regular and the spicy version as a hangover cure, each bowl held close to 20 pieces of sundae, and grinding in the sesame seeds makes the broth rich and nutty. Yetnal Gyeongseong Sundaeguk works equally well for a hangover lunch and for a drink with dinner.
