Yongin kalguksu restaurant with 6 live abalone: Jangwongap Giheung

Jangwongap Kalguksu Yongin Giheung Branch is a house-made noodle shabu-kalguksu restaurant three minutes from Lotte Outlet Yongin Giheung in Gyeonggi. The live abalone and brisket shabu kalguksu for two (22,000 won per person) arrived in red broth with six live abalone, wagyu brisket wrapped in minari with galchi sokjeot (salted cutlassfish gut sauce), house-made noodles timed with a sand timer, and perilla oil kkakdugi fried rice to close. One meal at Jangwongap makes it clear why the dining room fills up even on a weekday.
