The live abalone and brisket shabu kalguksu for two (22,000 won per person) arrived in red broth with six live abalone, wagyu brisket wrapped in minari with galchi sokjeot (salted cutlassfish gut sauce), house-made noodles timed with a sand timer, and perilla oil kkakdugi fried rice to close.
