Dumburger Yeouido is open every day from 10:00 until 02:00 the next morning, and there is no parking. Groups, delivery, takeout and reservations are all available.

Dumburger Yeouido atmosphere and seating

The standing sign outside shows the Dumburger menu visually. There are burgers with beef patties, and also ones with chicken patties🍔

Maybe because it only just opened, the inside was especially tidy and clean. It's also quite spacious compared with other handmade burger places I've been to, so it felt more relaxed.

There are bar tables too, so it looks comfortable for people dining solo. It's perfect for a quick lunch, so I imagine it fills up with office workers on weekdays.

The restroom is outside the restaurant, but there's a sink inside, which is handy for a quick hand wash. I asked my friend, who used the outside restroom, and she says it's clean too, haha

How to order at Dumburger: lots of add-on options

You order at a kiosk, and every burger has plenty of add-on options like tomato, cheese and bacon. The signature burgers seemed to be the Dumburger and the cheeseburger.

My friend wanted something fresh, so she ordered the BLT burger, which is a cheeseburger with vegetables. I got the cheeseburger with extra American cheese and lettuce. There are so many add-on options that you can add almost any ingredient you want.

How fast do the BLT cheeseburger and cheeseburger come out?

Even though we also ordered drumstick chicken, everything was ready in no time🍗🍔 The cooking time isn't long, so you can eat quickly even when you're busy, which is why I'd recommend Dumburger as a Yeouido lunch spot💕

The burgers looked really big. The ingredients are visible at a glance, so it's easy to tell the burgers apart, though the cheeseburger had a separate "cheese" check mark, haha

The drumstick chicken was bigger than I expected, a good amount for two people to share. It had just come out of the fryer, so it was juicy and hot.

Dumburger cheeseburger review: cheese, fire-grilled flavor, brioche bun

The cheeseburger I tried at Dumburger Yeouido was total American flavor itself🇺🇸 If I hadn't added lettuce, I think I could have enjoyed the thick, deep cheese and the fire-grilled flavor of the patty even more.

Compared with the Dumburger, the cheeseburger has a smaller patty weight, but I didn't feel shortchanged at all. The soft, chewy brioche bun goes perfectly with the burger👍 It was the tastiest bun I've had on a handmade burger. When a bun is boring or too heavy I often peel it off and toss it, but this time I ate every bit!

As you eat, you catch hints of salt, and it makes the flavor of the cheese and patty much deeper. You can leave the salt out depending on your taste, but I'm glad I kept it, haha

The BLT burger is light and clean-tasting

I stole a bite of the BLT burger too, and after the cheeseburger it felt definitely lighter and cleaner, easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. But to really experience Dumburger's distinctive flavor, I recommend the Dumburger or the cheeseburger☺️

Is Dumburger's drumstick chicken worth swapping in for the side?

The drumstick chicken at Dumburger Yeouido was more intense than I expected, with three things nailed: strong black pepper, juicy thigh meat, and a coating that's crispy yet tender.
