Pohang lunch with mom: cheongyang pepper aglio olio at Plan A
Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view Western restaurant on the 4th floor of a building right in front of Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On a weekday lunch with her mom, the writer ordered cheongyang pepper (Korean hot green chili) aglio olio pasta, mushroom basil pesto cream risotto, and a burrata cheese salad, and enjoyed all three. It's a solid pick for a date or family meal where you want both a sea view and good food.
