Gyeongsan lunch BBQ platter and small daechang hot pot: Kkotdwaeji
Kkotdwaeji Sikdang Gyeongsan Branch is a pork BBQ restaurant on the bar street of Oksan-dong in Gyeongsan, Gyeongbuk, where the staff grill the meat for you. At lunch the order was the Kkotdwaeji mixed grill platter — aged pork belly, premium neck, jowl and pork skin — plus a small daechang (beef intestine) hot pot that two people can finish comfortably. A dedicated griller cooks everything in a separate space and brings out one finished platter, and with a 9-side rice table and the spicy hot pot it makes a filling lunch.
