Girin Samgyeopsal is a pork BBQ restaurant in Paju, Gyeonggi, about a 5-minute walk from Yadang Station toward the lake park. Two servings of samgyeopsal (pork belly) and one of kkodeulsal (chewy pork jowl), 160g each at 15,000 won, plus doenjang sulbap (soybean paste rice soup) at 6,000 won, were eaten samhap-style with minari (water celery) and grilled kimchi, and the house sauce with cheongyang chili and garlic stood out most. Free slush and disposable mouthwash after the meal made Girin Samgyeopsal a satisfying finish.
