Geumnyeong Gomtang Yeoksam Branch is a gomtang (clear beef soup) restaurant a short walk from Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, that also serves rice noodles and minari (water dropwort) rice noodles. On a hot day this lunch brought a regular minari gomtang at 14,000 won and a basic gomtang, eaten with side dishes from the self-serve bar. The broth at Geumnyeong Gomtang stayed clean and the minari was generous to the last spoonful, making it an easy solo lunch.
