Why did I try sambakcho extract tablets?
Whenever the seasons change, my nose tends to feel especially sensitive and I feel as though my condition drops. My nose and throat also felt stuffy during spring outdoor activities, so I tried Tokyo Meta Gold Phyto Sambakcho Extract Maekmundong Tablets. This is an account of my experience after receiving the product.

What stood out about the packaging and ingredients?
It came in a paper case with Japanese writing. The product I received seemed to have plenty of time remaining before its best-before date.

The ingredient information listed sambakcho concentrated powder, sambakcho extract powder, Korean roasted maekmundong powder, ginger extract powder, and date extract powder, among others. I liked that it uses Korean sambakcho.

Was it convenient to take as tablets instead of tea?
I often put off drinking tea because it feels cumbersome. Since these came as tablets, I thought I could easily take them with water in the morning.

I also noticed that it contains several ingredients besides sambakcho, including maekmundong and ginger. Seeing that it was manufactured in a HACCP-certified facility gave me confidence.

In my experience, the tablets were small, so they did not feel burdensome, and they had almost no smell or taste. I tend not to reach for products that are inconvenient to take, but these were easy to make part of my morning routine.

What were the inner seal and tablets like?
When I opened the lid, there was another silver-colored inner seal. I opened it carefully and took out the tablets.

There was also protective plastic inside the container, which I removed. With packaging on the inside as well, it felt carefully packed.

The tablets were a color between ivory and brown. They had almost no distinct scent, which made them easier for me to take than strongly scented products.

How did I feel after taking them for a few days?
I tried them for a few days, but I did not feel that anything had changed dramatically. The seasonal sensitivity in my nose and dryness in my throat simply felt less uncomfortable than before.

I usually feel less well on days with heavy fine dust or dry weather. While taking them, I felt as though the stuffiness was less on those days too, but this was only my personal impression over a few days.

What kind of water did I take them with?
I took them with lukewarm filtered water or moderately warm water. Since I do not enjoy water that is too hot or cold, I chose water at a temperature I normally find comfortable to drink.

Because they were easy to take, I also took them together with people close to me. The clearest advantage I noticed from trying them was that the small tablets and almost nonexistent smell and taste made them convenient to keep up with in everyday life.
