Crab Yasijang Geobukseom Main Branch is an ocean-view sashimi restaurant in Geobukseom, Siheung, Gyeonggi, where a full glass wall looks straight out to the sea. On a weekend afternoon we ordered the Jumunjin live abalone mulhoe (chilled raw fish soup) special and the omakase aged sashimi, tasting the icy broth and thick aged slices, and also piling the fish onto rice for on-the-spot sushi.
