Bucheon Korean restaurant for doganitang with mustard sauce: Hanchon
Hanchon Seolleongtang Bucheon Kkachiul Station Branch is a seolleongtang (ox bone soup) restaurant that occupies an entire building near Kkachiul Station in Jakdong, Ojeong-gu, Bucheon. The writer ordered doganitang (ox knee cartilage soup, ₩21,000) dipped in mustard sauce and seolleongtang with rice on the side (₩11,000), added scallions and noodles to the milky bone broth, and refilled rice at the self-serve bar. Rice actually comes already added to the soup by default here, so ordering it separately turned out unnecessary.
