Seoul Station gyukatsu spot, 8th on the Catch Table list: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese beef cutlet) restaurant on basement level 1 of the LG Seoul Station Building in Jung-gu, Seoul. Arriving around 1pm without knowing about Catch Table reservations meant going on the waitlist 8th, then ordering the Ichigyu sirloin gyukatsu, Japanese-style curry and a 420ml Kirin draft beer. The sirloin gyukatsu was best grilled for just 7-8 seconds to medium-rare, and booking on Catch Table in advance is the answer if you want to eat without waiting.
