How does the house-roasted iced Americano taste?

Maybe because the beans are roasted in house, the aroma came on strong from the first sip. I thought, no wonder people call this a great coffee spot. The bitterness is just right for pairing with dessert, hehe

How is the texture of the Magongnaru aged French toast?

The star of the day, the aged French toast, uses bread aged for 24 hours, and it was golden outside and moist and soft inside.

Time to give the French toast a good poke, haha

When I cut it with a fork it split fluffily along the grain, and in my mouth it melted away like pudding. A light dip in maple syrup added sweetness, and a sip of the strong Americano cleaned up the sweetness neatly.
