HEOD Gongdeok is a brunch café in Mapo, Seoul, where the window seats look straight out onto the Gyeongui Line Forest Park walking trail, and it is the Gongdeok branch of the brand that first made its name with French toast in Gangneung. From a window seat came butter French toast (12,800 won) and two iced Americanos, the toast crisp outside, fluffy inside and full of butter aroma.
