On a day that was a little too chilly for just a short-sleeve shirt or shorts, I went for a run in the Everlast Layered T-shirt and Shorts Leggings. It was my first time trying running wear with leggings, so I paid attention to the fit and how comfortable it was while moving.
How did size 110 fit at 186 cm and in the 80 kg range?
I chose size 110 because I wanted a relaxed fit, and it fit my build just right. The sleeves were generously long, and it did not feel restrictive. I chose khaki gray.
Was it uncomfortable when bending your knees or running?
I warmed up, tied my running shoes, and got ready to run. The fabric had stretch, so even when I bent my knees to tie my laces, it did not pull tightly and felt comfortable.
The parts that cover the arms made me feel warm even in the wind. The sleeves did not flap around or get in the way while running, so I had less to think about as I moved.
Are the shorts and leggings worn separately?
The bottoms are an integrated design with the shorts and leggings attached. Since they are not separate pieces, they were easy to put on and take off. Still, the feeling of wearing leggings underneath was a little unfamiliar and uncomfortable at first. After wearing them for a while, though, they became comfortable enough that I barely noticed them.
Are the pockets okay for carrying things while running?
The bottom pockets were roomy enough to still have space left after fitting an adult man's fist inside. They were fine for carrying small, simple items.
However, the pockets do not have zippers. I felt it would be better to keep expensive items or important belongings in a separate running belt or running vest.
There is also a pocket inside the top. I could put lightweight items in there.
How was it for running and walking on chilly days?
The leggings covered my arms and legs, so they felt warm even in a chilly breeze. When it felt a little colder, I ran with a vest layered over them. After finishing my run, my body cooled down quickly, so I also felt the need to throw on a windbreaker.
The stretch also made them comfortable for walking. They were easy enough to wear not only for running but also for walks around the neighborhood.
Did you like the khaki gray color?
When I was choosing, there were three colors: black, khaki gray, and ash blue. I already have plenty of black clothes, so I debated between ash blue and khaki gray. I chose the khaki gray that appealed to me more, and I was happy because the actual color suited my taste too.
