Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is a Jeju-style haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant a 5-minute walk from Exit 8 of Suwon City Hall Station. For lunch the writer ordered haejangguk with dombe pork (small, 120g, 13,000 won), tasting the broth clear first and then stirring in the seasoning at the center of the bowl for a spicier second version. With an open kitchen, roomy seating and a self-serve corner holding cheongyang chili and minced garlic, Jeju Eunhuine made a filling weekday lunch in Ingye-dong.
