Visiting with parents, the writer ordered one serving each of tosisal (skirt steak), anchangsal (outer skirt), jebichuri (chuck flap tail), plus seafood doenjang jjigae, and staff grilled the meat from start to finish while abalone porridge, abalone salad and dessert rounded out the course.
