What cleansing did I look for on days when I reapplied sunscreen?
On hot days, I did not want to put anything on my skin, but I still kept reapplying sunscreen. So I tried the HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Low-pH Cleansing Duo Set while looking for something that would cleanse thoroughly with less irritation.
I had previously enjoyed HEEDA's balm-type charcoal cleanser, so this time I used the balm cleanser and foam cleanser from the same line together.
How did the balm-type cleanser feel to use?
A mini spatula was inside the lid, and I removed the protective case before using it. When I scooped out the black balm with the spatula, it lifted softly like ice cream.
Once applied to my face, it melted gently with the warmth of my hands, so I could massage it in with rolling motions. My older elementary-school child, who uses sunscreen, used it too and said it felt soft while applying and rolling it over their face.

I focused the rolling motions around the sides of my nose. Afterwards, my skin felt smooth and moisturized, as if it had a moisturizing layer on it, without any tight or dry feeling.
How were the foam cleanser's lather and after-wash feel?
The foam cleanser comes in a black tube. It had a thick, springy texture that did not run when I dispensed it onto the back of my hand, and when I added a little water and lathered it, it made soft gray foam.
The lather was rich, and my skin still felt moisturized after washing, without tightness. In my experience, it also cleansed sunscreen and makeup thoroughly.
