Jung-gu bakery café for ice cream floats: Lemangdoré
Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun is a three-floor bakery café behind Seoul City Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul. I tried its signature ice cream float, pistachio croissant, and salted chocolate tart while looking around the window, sofa, and outdoor seats. Verdict: a great large café for good coffee and freshly baked pastries near City Hall and Gwanghwamun.
