Today I visited Jin 1926 Dasan Branch (진1926 다산점), a lamb place in Dasan famous for its lamb ribs. I kept ordering more and more here.

Jin 1926 Dasan Branch is at 21-5 Dasanjungang-ro 123beon-gil, Namyangju, Gyeonggi, Sinhae Central Tower 4, 2nd floor, Units 209 and 210. It's open daily from 16:00 to 23:00. If you park in the underground car park of Sinhae Central Tower, you get 2 hours free.

Jin 1926 Dasan Branch has high chairs for toddlers, so it's easy to go with a child. It's perfect for a family gathering, and there's plenty of room for group meals too.

The owner is very kind. Wow, what a generous owner! He even gave us bean sprout stir-fry as a free side. It was so good that we ordered more. Truly generous.

I ordered 1 portion of lamb chuck flap tail as well. It's chewier than the sirloin, so it was fun to bite into. All three cuts were so good that I couldn't decide what to order next.

Grilled vegetables and mushrooms

The grilled vegetables were good, and so were the grilled mushrooms.

Grilling them with the meat cuts the greasiness, which was nice.

The final candle-lit table setting

At Jin 1926 Dasan Branch, once the meat is fully grilled, they light a candle and set it out with the vegetables. Then it's inhale time!!!! With all kinds of vegetables!~~ It disappears so fast, which is a shame ㅠㅠ so order ahead.

What is Jin Special Rice?

You can't skip the rice~~ Jin Special Rice (진특선밥) at Jin 1926 Dasan Branch is well-cooked gondeure rice (thistle greens rice) topped with savory pollock roe. So what's that lying nicely on top of the rice?

It's pollock roe on gondeure rice!~ haha Mixing it together and wrapping it in seaweed was really delicious. You have to add this one too.

Complimentary bean sprout stir-fry

Jin 1926 Dasan Branch gives you bean sprout stir-fry as a free side.

It was so savory and tasty that I ordered more. It's a free side, but the quality is really good.

Finishing with grilled lamb rib bones

After you finish the meat, Jin 1926 Dasan Branch grills the lamb rib bones you ate and serves them again, and this is a treat too!!! Gnawing on the ribs was amazing. The nutty flavor is the best!!!!
