Gangnam terrace restaurant happy hour chicken bucket: People the Terrace

It had been a while since my last Cheongdam-dong date! We went to People the Terrace, a great terrace restaurant in Cheongdam. This place has hosted influencer parties for ages, and with so many beautiful people visiting, it is also a well-known photo spot. Even on the day I visited, of course! So many lovely women were there taking photos~ And the food was seriously all delicious! Personally, I would recommend it for a date or a first date.

People the Terrace valet parking and indoor space

We brought the car, so we used the valet service. Please note that valet parking is ₩10,000 for a large vehicle or a supercar. For regular vehicles, it is ₩5,000. To use valet parking, pull up in front of People the Terrace and leave your hazard lights on; a staff member will come and assist you. If you are going out for drinks, leaving the car behind is another option too~

Happy Hour chicken bucket and sparkling wine

The Happy Hour set we ordered comes with two glasses of sparkling wine. As far as I know, it is the menu women order most often, and the bingsu (shaved ice dessert) is popular too. The two glasses come filled right up, so I would recommend it to anyone wanting a light drink on a weekday. The person I came with could not drink, so both glasses were mine hahaha

People the Terrace has a signature menu: Happy Hour (₩55,000), which comes with a chicken bucket and two glasses of champagne. I ordered it when I visited with my husband last time too! And I ordered it again today. First of all, there is plenty of chicken, and as you would expect in Cheongdam-dong, it is crispy and tasty. There are potato chips underneath, so after finishing the chicken, you can snack on the chips while enjoying your date on the outdoor terrace.

Rosé and fried rice on the outdoor terrace

We also ordered Shrimp Hot Rosé (₩28,000) and Brisket Kimchi Fried Rice (₩23,000) at People the Terrace. Once all the food arrived, the table was completely full~ In weather like this, I recommend ending the day with a date at an outdoor terrace table at People the Terrace. It is so pretty, the photos come out well, and above all, every dish was delicious, so I just kept eating! Even though I need to diet!

Shrimp Hot Rosé pasta

This is the Shrimp Hot Rosé pasta we ordered. It had really large shrimp in it, and since I love pasta too, it was delicious as expected. It stayed warm for a long time, and the servers were kind, so we could spend time at People the Terrace in a lovely atmosphere. When the weather gets a little colder, an indoor date would be more than good too. The first-floor interior is really nice, and I learned after looking it up that there is also a rooftop space used for various events and parties.

Brisket kimchi fried rice

The brisket kimchi fried rice we ordered at People the Terrace! It even had a huge sausage in it, and ordering kimchi fried rice in Cheongdam-dong is practically the rule, so I had to try it too. It was the kind of flavor that keeps you reaching for more, so I think I ate almost all of it.

Photo spot behind the terrace

One reason People the Terrace is great for photos is that there are photo spots here and there! There was artwork like this behind the terrace where we sat. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into the interior, so I thought, I absolutely have to take a photo of this, and did.

I saw people enjoying dates at People the Terrace, and perhaps word has even spread overseas, because there were lots of foreign women there too! People the Terrace has been my number-one Cheongdam-dong date spot in my heart for years!

Today, we had a lovely date at People the Terrace. Even if you order only Happy Hour, two people can have a perfectly enjoyable time. There were three of us, so we ordered more food!
