Jo Hui-tak Coffee is a café near Ajou University in Suwon, Gyeonggi, making fruit sando and handmade cakes in-house. I had musk melon sando with an iced Americano and found spacious, outlet-equipped seats for studying or working. Verdict: a lovely stop for clean-tasting cream and juicy melon.
