Bucheon restaurant open at 8am for samgyetang after a swim: Hanchon
Hanchon Seolleongtang Bucheon Kkachiul Station Branch is a Korean restaurant in Bucheon, Gyeonggi, about 10 minutes by car from Ojeong Sports Center and right in front of the Seonggok Elementary School intersection. After a weekend morning swim, the writer ordered nurungji half-chicken samgyetang (chicken soup with scorched rice), which had a thick broth, and royal galbitang with short ribs free of any gamey smell, with unlimited rice from the self-serve corner. Hanchon Seolleongtang opens at 8am, so it works well when you want a hot bowl of soup straight after a workout.
