Kids calcium-magnesium powder for new teeth: The Day Tunteun Kids
In short
The Day Tunteun Kids Cal-Mag Plus K2 Strawberry Flavor is a children’s powdered supplement I tried in Korea while my child was losing baby teeth and getting permanent teeth. The fine powder dissolved well, and the children liked it plain, mixed with water, and especially in milk; I was glad they accepted it well.

When did I try this with my child?
As my child began losing baby teeth and getting permanent teeth, I started looking for something to supplement nutrition alongside meals. The product I received and tried was The Day Tunteun Kids Cal-Mag Plus K2 Strawberry Flavor.

I prepared it because I felt it was hard to make sure my child ate enough foods such as milk or anchovies every time. I also looked at whether it had a flavor my child would like and a format that was easy to give.

What ingredients and packaging does it have?
It is introduced as a product that provides calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 in one packet a day. The calcium-to-magnesium ratio is 2:1, and the vitamin K2 is said to be in trans MK-7 form.

The individual packets made it easy to take one out and give it to my child. I also liked that several ingredients were included in one packet.

The ingredient information introduced calcium made with microencapsulation technology and magnesium made with liposomal formulation technology from Poland. I also considered the information about disclosure of all ingredient origins and the absence of five additives when choosing it.

How were the powder texture and strawberry flavor?

I took some out because I was curious about the contents, and the particles were fine and dissolved well in the mouth. It smelled of strawberry, and I liked the taste too. The ingredient information says it contains a mixed powder of concentrates from seven berries.

Did my children eat it well mixed with water or milk?
The children ate the powder on its own and also drank it well when mixed with water. They happened to be drinking milk, so I mixed it into milk too; they said it tasted like strawberry milk and enjoyed it. I was happiest that the children ate the product I had prepared well.

Because I could give the powder in the packet as is or mix it with water or milk, it was easy to vary how I gave it to them. I plan to keep it on hand as nutritional support while their permanent teeth are coming in.
