Hets Jeonpo Branch is a Japanese-style premium katsu restaurant on the 2nd floor near Jeonpo Station in Busanjin, Busan. Visiting solo right at the 11:10 opening, the writer had the limited Jeju black pork sang loin katsu with Kirin draft beer 430ml and added meat curry, refilling both the vinegared kimchi and cabbage salad. Switching between pink salt, wasabi, pepper and truffle oil made every bite different — a satisfying solo meal.
