Shabu-shabu with one induction stove per seat in Hapjeong: Nahonsha
Nahonsha is a solo shabu-shabu restaurant on Dokmak-ro near Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul, where every seat has its own induction stove and its own kiosk. Two diners stopped in for dinner before a café study session, ordered the tomato broth and the clear broth, cooked vegetables and meat in them, then finished with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and a self-serve porridge stir-fry. Nahonsha's tomato broth had the tangy, savoury depth of cooked tomatoes, while the clear broth stayed clean and light — an easy, satisfying meal for one.
