I visited 37.5 Signature Cheongdam, a restaurant with a lovely atmosphere that's great for brunch near Cheongdam Station. It has a varied menu and a classy, clean interior, so the meal is a pleasure. I'm introducing it as a Cheongdam brunch spot that was good for dates and get-togethers too :0

Where is 37.5 Signature Cheongdam and what are the opening hours?

37.5 Signature Cheongdam is on the 2nd floor of the building at 8 Samseong-ro 119-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and it's open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Break time is 16:00–17:00, last order is at 20:00, and group visits and reservations are available.

This brunch spot, 37.5, is within a 7-minute walk of Cheongdam Station Exit 7.

It's on the building's 2nd floor, and there's an elevator, so getting up was easy. It's a classy, clean brunch place, so I thought it would be especially good for get-togethers~

What are the interior and seating like at 37.5 Signature Cheongdam?

We came on a weekday evening, and there are so many great dishes that dinner works perfectly well here, so most of the tables were families.

There are outdoor tables too, and I think the terrace would be lovely on a nice day.

37.5 Signature Cheongdam offers free parking in the building for up to 1 hour 30 minutes on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends, which made it a good fit for families.

Whether you come at lunch or dinner, there were plenty of dishes that make a tasty meal.

There were 3 kinds of pizza, and the table next to us was eating the ricotta cheese salad pizza, so we ordered it too, haha. It looked so good~

Ricotta cheese salad pizza: how are the crust and cheese?

The ricotta cheese salad pizza at 37.5 Signature Cheongdam comes with ricotta on top as standard, but you can add even more cheese!

Once I tried the standard cheese, I understood why there's an add-on option...!

It was so soft and creamy and thick, and fresh-tasting and delicious. I think this pizza is the star of the menu here, ugh. The dough is crisp like pastry and flakes apart a little in layers, and I really loved that.

It's not ordinary flour-bread dough. There's a hint of nutty butter flavor, and it tears softly, so I really enjoyed this pizza. It's piled with fresh vegetables too, so it felt like a healthy meal~

The bits of meat you bite into here and there boosted the flavor. Above all, the cheese is so flavorful that it spread easily when I swiped it on with a knife. The portion was enough for 2 people, and personally I liked that the salad is so generous that you can enjoy a main and a salad together without ordering a side salad.

How was the rosé beef risotto?

The rose beef risotto at 37.5 Signature Cheongdam was really thick and rich too.

The well-sautéed grains of rice had a nice bite, and the sauce had the smooth, savory depth rosé is known for. There was plenty of meat too, so the flavor was deep. The meat was tender, soft and chewy, and the more I chewed, the nuttier it tasted~

The ricotta cheese salad pizza and the rose beef risotto went really well together ^^

The risotto also has tenderly blanched broccoli in it, so it was nice to get vegetables alongside everything.
