Sokcho sweet shrimp sashimi (30,000 won) and flounder-and-aged-kimchi salt gimbap (seaweed rice roll, 20,000 won) went back to the room to eat: the peeled shrimp were springy and turned sweet as you chewed, and the tangy aged kimchi in the gimbap woke up the appetite.
