Rainy-day lunch shabu-kalguksu at 11,500 won in Yongin: Yun Ujae
Yun Ujae Shabu Kalguksu Gogidong Branch is a shabu-kalguksu (hot pot with hand-cut noodle soup) restaurant that makes its own noodles in Gogi-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin. On a rainy weekday lunch the writer ordered two servings of the red-broth shabu-kalguksu at 11,500 won per person, split half flat noodles and half regular noodles, and added the crispy seafood pancake at 16,000 won, going through the full course of beef, kalguksu and fried rice. For 11,500 won per person, Yun Ujae is worth a return visit on value alone.
