Hapjeong sukiyaki with twin yolks and konjac noodles: Nahonsha
Nahonsha is a solo shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant on Dokmak-ro by Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul. Two friends ordered the Hon Sukiyaki for two and, instead of one shared pan, each received an individual pot piled with beef, mushrooms, tofu and konjac noodles, eating at their own pace and seasoning it with a raw egg yolk and the broth served on the side, so nothing tasted heavy. If you want sukiyaki in Hapjeong that is just as easy to eat alone, Nahonsha is the answer.
