Gangnam Korean BBQ restaurant with a self-serve bar: Daepae Market
Daepae Market Gangnam Nonhyeon Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant near Nonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul. We tried two servings each of 3 mm and 1.5 mm frozen pork belly, then grilled kimchi, bean sprouts, bracken fern, and mushrooms before finishing with fried rice. Verdict: the 1.5 mm pork belly and generous self-serve bar were standouts.
