How did this cleansing balm feel on dry skin?

I usually used cleansing oil, but I was concerned about using it often for a long time, so I looked for another formula and tried this product. A lotion-type cleanser had not felt like a good fit for me before, so I chose a balm.

The black formula felt unfamiliar at first, but when I rubbed an appropriate amount onto my skin, it quickly melted and became soft—perhaps from the warmth of my hands. It felt gentle while I used it.

How did I use it, and was there any residue after washing?

It came with a spatula, so it was convenient to scoop out the amount I needed, and I felt it was hygienic to use. After applying it to my face, I rinsed it off right away with lukewarm water without waiting.

In my case, I did not feel any residue with this product alone, so I did not follow with a foam cleanser. Still, if your skin tends to feel not quite clean after washing, adding a second cleanse would be fine.

Did my skin feel tight after cleansing?

Even about 10 minutes after washing, my skin did not feel tight or dry, and the moisturized feeling lasted until I did my basic skincare. I thought it would be convenient to use in the shower or while traveling.
