Suwon Korean restaurant for chewy noodles and half-and-half dumplings: Daseon
Daseon Kalguksu Main Branch is a Korean restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi, for kalguksu and dumplings. I had kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, half-and-half dumplings, and sliced boiled pork with Yeoni during lunch. Verdict: the noodles were filling, but the giant dumplings are a must-order.
