Salt and wasabi gyukatsu, plus finding the entrance: Gyuen-dang
Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese-style beef cutlet) restaurant in the basement of Avenue France mall in Gwanggyo, Suwon. Tenderloin and sirloin gyukatsu were each ordered, grilled 15 seconds on a tabletop hearth, and compared with salt, wasabi, special sauce, and melted butter. Tenderloin suits a lighter bite while sirloin brings more juiciness, making this a solid lunch or date spot once you know the entrance is by the bus terminal, not the mall's main doors.
