Gamjatang with ramen noodles at Chungsilok, a Sejong restaurant
Chungsilok Ppyeohaejangguk is a Korean restaurant specializing in gamjatang and ppyeohaejangguk in Naseong-dong, Sejong. At a weekday lunch, I had the small gamjatang with ramen noodles and loved the thick, tender meat, spicy-rich broth, and nicely fermented kimchi. Verdict: a generous, warming choice when you need a hearty hangover cure.
