Yangyang pork galbi restaurant with bomb egg custard: Yeoyejeong
Yeoyejeong is a salt-aged charcoal pork galbi (short rib) restaurant on Ssangsolbaegi-gil in Seo-myeon, Yangyang, Gangwon. The family ordered marinated galbi, fresh galbi, janchi guksu (feast noodles) and bomb-style steamed egg custard for the kids, wrapped the meat in hydroponic Kaipira lettuce from a smart farm, and also tried grilled pine mushrooms. Close to Naksansa Temple and Sol Beach, Yeoyejeong is a local Yangyang meat restaurant well worth a family dinner.
