How did I use it for dry lips after running?
Because I run and do yoga often, the skin on my lips—especially at the corners—would easily start flaking after being out in the wind. I tried this as overnight care on days when my lips felt dry again soon after applying lip balm.

At the final step of my skincare routine, I applied a thick layer to my lips and went to sleep. Since it was not the kind of product that absolutely had to be wiped off in the morning, it felt less burdensome for me.
How did the texture and applicator feel?
Before using it, whitish lifted flakes at the corners of my lips were noticeable.

The pale coral-pink container and glossy lid made it nice to keep on my vanity.

It comes with a small spatula, so I could apply it without scooping it out with my fingers, and it was easy to spread along the texture of my lips. The formula spread softly, like ice cream.

How did my lips look the day after applying it overnight?
In my case, I left the lifted flakes alone rather than deliberately peeling them off, and my lips felt softly smoothed out the next day. The moisture also seemed to linger subtly rather than feeling like a brief flash of shine.
How to use it
- I cleaned up my lips before going to bed.
- I applied one thick layer with the included spatula.
- I went to sleep with it on.
- In the morning, I lightly tidied up any remaining feel with a tissue or let it absorb.

Perhaps because the formula contains shea butter, the moisturized feeling lasted after application. I could also see the glossy finish.

Was it useful on days when lip makeup looked flaky?
What I liked most was that it felt naturally moisturizing rather than like a sticky coating. The day after sleeping with it on, my lips felt cushioned, and I felt that my lip makeup looked less messy from flaking. The DEWY BERRY shade seemed to add a subtle healthy tint to bare lips.

I used it comfortably on my sensitive lips without irritation. Still, the experience may vary from person to person.

Can I use it during the day, too?
When my lips felt especially dry, such as on days after a run, I used a small amount during the day instead of lip balm. It gave my lips a glossy look.
