Pork neck bone kalguksu and dumpling set in Siheung: Pyeongi Dambaek
Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu is a bone kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant in the Taste Village on the first floor of Siheung Premium Outlets in Siheung, Gyeonggi. One regular and one spicy bone kalguksu meat dumpling set were ordered to compare the mild broth with the spiced-up, fiery one, and the meat on the pork neck bones was tender and came in a generous amount. Between the noodles, meat and dumplings, Pyeongi Dambaek's sets were so filling that finishing a bowl of rice too was out of the question.
