Songpa Korean BBQ for three beef offal cuts: Jinseong
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Bangi Direct Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Songpa, Seoul, where beef gopchang, daechang, and makchang are grilled together. After a walk around Seokchon Lake, I tried all three cuts and finished every bite of kkakdugi fried rice. Verdict: Come early or reserve on weekends for a generously sized beef offal meal.
