Moshi Moshi PNU Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Geumjeong, Busan, serving sushi sets from lunch through evening drinks. Set 3 came with salmon salad, 16 pieces of sushi, and memil (buckwheat noodles), while the house-made plum wine was a standout. Verdict: a set-menu spot I would happily revisit.
