Sejong pig trotter takeout with fruit buckwheat noodles: Cheongmigwan
Cheongmigwan Sejong Naseong Main Branch is a jokbal (braised pig trotter) restaurant in Naseong-dong, Sejong that uses domestic front-leg pork. Ordering right at opening, Cheongmi front-leg jokbal and a side of homemade fruit mak-guksu (buckwheat noodles) came packed in a paper bag, with skin boiled in Solomon's seal salt staying chewy and the meat turning tender from low-temperature cooking. With the side added, the portion filled 3 to 4 people, so Cheongmigwan works well for housewarmings or taking food to your parents' place.
