Italy Shabu Kalguksu Sejong Eojin Branch is a Korean restaurant near the government complex in Eojin-dong, Sejong. I enjoyed spicy shabu kalguksu through to chewy noodles and vegetable porridge, plus crisp seafood pajeon and complimentary makgeolli. Verdict: a hearty, satisfying full-course meal in a clean setting.
