Mentsuru Euljiro Branch is a ramen restaurant on Mareunnae-ro 2-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul, between Euljiro and Chungmuro. Arriving in the quiet stretch between lunch and dinner, I ordered one bowl of tori paitan (chicken broth ramen) and one bowl of motsu ramen (beef offal ramen), Mentsuru's best-selling dish, and both the deep chicken broth and the generous offal and beef brisket were satisfying. Ordering is by kiosk and many diners come alone, so Mentsuru Euljiro Branch is an easy place to eat solo.
