Sinyongsan gomtang restaurant with cold pork: Baekok Yongsan
Baekok Yongsan is a pork gomtang (beef-style bone soup made with pork) restaurant in the back alley behind the HYBE building, between Sinyongsan Station and Yongsan Station in Seoul. The order here was the spicy gomtang set, a second spicy gomtang and a half-plate of cold pork, which brought a broth that is spicy without tasting artificial, cold pork with no gamey smell, and cabbage mandu (dumplings).
