Hands Coffee Gumi Goa-eup Branch is a large café at 96 Won-daero, Goa-eup, Gumi, Gyeongbuk. It is open daily from 09:30 to 22:00, with last order at 21:20. Parking is roomy and the road there is quiet, so it was easy to get to.

A lazy weekend at last! I slept in, then decided to go to a café with my parents. We picked Hands Coffee's Goa-eup branch, which opened fairly recently. The way there was quiet, the parking is spacious, and since it's a big café, it felt no-pressure to visit.

The building itself is huge, and I liked that it sits on the outskirts. It hasn't been open long, so the whole place was really clean. There's an elevator inside too.

Next to the café there's a nicely kept, garden-like area. Sunflowers, hydrangeas and more, a nice spot for a quick stroll.

High ceilings and big windows on the second floor

The second floor has really high ceilings and big windows, so it doesn't feel stuffy at all and the view is great! I went up first to grab a seat, and with everything lush and green in summer, the scenery looked even better!

Waffles run ₩13,300 to ₩16,800, and brunch items ₩11,800 to ₩17,300. Hands Coffee is really famous for its waffles, and I often have them with ice cream, so of course I ordered waffles with my parents this time too! There were so many good-looking options that I struggled to choose.

Does Hands Coffee Gumi Goa-eup Branch serve drip coffee?

Yes, there's drip coffee, and I ordered the non-acidic Colombian drip coffee (₩6,500) haha. Besides coffee there are other drinks and teas, so even people who can't drink coffee can choose easily!

Seating and facilities at Hands Coffee Gumi Goa-eup Branch

The seating is varied: window seats for 6 or more, a floor-seating area by the entrance, and sofa seats on the first floor. There were cute dolls here and there, and the window seats get great light. Since they fit 6 or more, a group should be able to sit and enjoy comfortably!

There were also tempting Hands Coffee glass cups as merch, in all kinds of sizes. And a cute teddy bear, haha.

By the entrance there's a comfy floor-seating area. It's private, so it seems easy to visit with little babies. There was a microwave and baby chairs too. You can smell the coffee beans yourself, which is nice!! The seating is varied and the chairs were super comfortable.

How did the Hands Coffee waffles and drip coffee taste?

The waffles came out freshly baked and warm, and the red bean wasn't too sweet, so my parents said everything was delicious. Our waffles, coffee and smoothie arrived!

I liked Hands Coffee's waffles so much that I ordered them for my parents to try, and they said everything was delicious. My mom said the bread was warm like it had just been baked and loved it. The red bean wasn't too sweet, and with ice cream on the side it was so good.

Drip coffee comes with one Dutch coffee (cold brew) refill

The Colombian drip coffee was clean with no acidity, and after you finish it you can get one refill with Dutch coffee if you like! Maybe because it had been a while since I had drip coffee, I really enjoyed it. The mango smoothie wasn't too sweet, nicely tangy, and the portion was seriously big.

Is Hands Coffee Gumi Goa-eup Branch crowded on weekends?

It was a weekend and there were tons of people, but the café is so spacious that it didn't feel very crowded, which was great! The first floor has sofa seats too, nice and soft. I'll have to come again next time.
